Email info@pillr.org. A person on the Pillr team reads every message.

Include the email address you sign in with and your firm's website, so we can find your account straight away. If something went wrong, say what you did and what you saw.

2. Account and billing

You can cancel or change your plan at any time from Settings → Account in your dashboard. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

For a refund, an invoice, or a plan set up for you by the Pillr team, email info@pillr.org.

3. Publishing and connected accounts

Pillr publishes and schedules to LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. Connect or reconnect those accounts from Settings in your dashboard.

If a post did not publish when expected, email info@pillr.org with the post's date and the platform.

4. Using Pillr from ChatGPT or Claude

Pillr can be used from AI assistants that support connectors. The connector address is https://pillr.org/api/mcp, and you sign in with your Pillr account. The assistant asks before it schedules or publishes anything.

To stop an assistant using your account, remove the Pillr connector in that assistant's settings.
