1. Who these terms apply to

These terms apply when you access pillr.org or use the Pillr social-post generation service. By using Pillr, you agree to these terms. If you use Pillr for a firm or company, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. What Pillr provides

Pillr helps firms turn their website and supplied brand information into draft social posts, visuals, and schedule-ready content. You can review, edit, approve, publish, or schedule that content through the product.

Pillr is not a substitute for accounting, tax, legal, financial, compliance, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for checking that any content is accurate, lawful, suitable for your audience, and compliant with your professional rules before it is published.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account, including content generated, edited, approved, published, or scheduled by anyone using your account.

Tell us promptly if you believe your account or a connected social account has been accessed without permission.

4. Your content and permissions

You keep ownership of the website content, brand information, prompts, generated posts, and uploaded material you provide or create through Pillr.

You give Pillr permission to process that content so we can provide the service, including reading your website, generating content, storing drafts, hosting media for publication, and sending approved posts to connected platforms.

You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit, generate from, publish, and schedule the content you use with Pillr.

5. Social platform connections

If you connect LinkedIn, Instagram, or Facebook, Pillr uses that connection only to publish or schedule content you approve and to show supported account information or analytics.

You are responsible for complying with each platform's own terms and policies. We cannot guarantee that a platform will accept every post, media format, or scheduled time.

6. Subscriptions, credits, and billing

Paid plans, allowances, add-on credits, and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in the product. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel through the billing portal where available. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not automatically refund past charges.

Allowances reset according to your billing period. Add-on credits may be subject to the limits shown when purchased.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use Pillr to create or publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, abusive, spammy, or harmful content, or to impersonate another person or organisation.

You must not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, billing controls, platform rules, or technical restrictions, or use Pillr in a way that could damage the service for others.

8. Service availability and third-party services

We work to keep Pillr available, but the service may be interrupted for maintenance, incidents, provider outages, or changes made by third-party services.

Pillr depends on providers such as Supabase, OpenRouter, Firecrawl, Zernio, Stripe, and the connected social platforms. Their availability and rules can affect how Pillr works.

9. Liability

Pillr is provided with reasonable care and skill, but we do not guarantee that generated content will be error-free, suitable for every use, or accepted by every social platform.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited. To the extent permitted by law, Pillr is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of business, reputational harm, or losses caused by content you approve, publish, or schedule.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
